Notes From Earth stories are told in a narrative style and meant to inspire a sense of wonder about the planet. Big Idea looks at new science and technologies with game-changing potential. Prior to Discover, he worked at the magazine’s sister title, Astronomy. Before that, he was a science and environmental reporter with the Arizona Daily Sun in Flagstaff.
