Biography

A member of both the Weill Institute for Neurosciences and the Kavli Institute for Fundamental Neuroscience at UCSF, Loren Frank received his undergraduate degree at Carleton College, and his Ph.D. in systems neuroscience and computation at MIT. He is co-director of UCSF’s Neuroscience Graduate Program, and a Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigator.
