Thiago Medaglia

Thiago Medaglia is an award-winning environmental journalist and book author and the founder of Ambiental Media, a Brazilian startup that transforms scientific content into compelling and concise journalism. Thiago also works as editor of special projects at InfoAmazonia and as an independent reporter for National Geographic Brazil magazine, where he was previously an editor. He was a fellow of the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ, 2015) in the program A Digital Path to Entrepreneurship in Latin America, and earned a postgraduate degree in entrepreneurial journalism from the Tow-Knight Center at the City University of New York (CUNY, 2016).
