GENERAL REGISTRATION FOR SUNDAY EVENTS AT UC BERKELEY HAS CLOSED.

If you have registered, you may edit your choices of on-campus events through October 12. Please be sure to make a lunch selection.

UC Berkeley, the flagship campus of the University of California, is home to more top-ranked science departments than any university in the country. A day of activities includes talks on new probes of the early universe, adapting to climate change and the Earth’s microbiome, in addition to workshops on data journalism and a panel on the teaching of science journalism around the world. Attendees can also choose to spend the day at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, home of particle accelerators like the Advanced Light Source, or embark on afternoon tours of a robotics lab, a drone research lab or the campus’s outdoor squirrel research lab.
